Stayed here with 9 family members, 7 adults 2 teenagers and 2 small dogs. The house was clean and updated. Three full bedrooms in the house and a bonus sleeping area in the carriage house in the back yard. A full basement area with plenty of seating, ping pong table and air hockey table. On the first floor was a nice bedroom with attached bathroom with a nice sized shower. There is also a half bath on the first floor. 2 bedrooms and loft area upstairs with another full bath. Kitchen had nice modern appliances and was nicely stocked. Everyone enjoyed the place and it's spaciousness. Check in/out was easy. 2 parking spaces outside and a garage available but it is only usable with a compact car. Walking to the beach was a tough walk with very long steep steps so we only tried that once and drove the other days. Very fair price and perfect fit for our group, would definitely stay here again.

The host was super responsive after I panicked and could not locate the check-in information (Me issue, lol). Accurate description of house and plenty of space for everyone to spread out. We enjoyed cooking a meal and being able to hangout together in the open space. Gas grill worked perfect! Girls loved the volleyball, hot tub, and large but cozy couch/movie area upstairs. They even had treats and toys for our dog. :)
