Parking (Important)
• 3–4 vehicles can park behind the home

• Do not block rear alley
• Street parking in front is not allowed

Beach Access
Beach access is a short walk from the home. The closest route includes a staircase to the sand. Guests with mobility concerns may prefer some of the additional beach access points nearby that offer easier access. We want guests to have clear expectations so they can choose the option that works best for their group.

Olivia Beach is a quiet, family-oriented neighborhood designed for relaxation and connection. This home is best suited for families and groups looking to enjoy the beach, neighborhood amenities, and time together in a peaceful setting.

Community Guidelines
Located in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood:
• Quiet Hours: 10 PM to 8 AM
• Maximum Occupancy: 11 guests
• No smoking
• The community pool is seasonal (typically open Memorial Day through Labor Day, weather permitting).
• No pets

Cleaning & Care
• Professionally cleaned before every stay
• Please treat the home with care
• Damage protection in place for minor accidental incidents

Check-In & Requests
Standard check-in and check-out times allow for proper cleaning between guests. Early check-in or late check-out may be available depending on availability.

- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home and anywhere on the property, including cigarettes, cigars, pipes, vapes, joints, and other smoking products. If smoke odor or evidence of smoking is found, including cigarette or cigar butts, ash, or residue, the guest may be charged up to $500 for additional cleaning, odor removal, remediation, and related costs.
- Events or large gatherings are not allowed.
- Pets are not allowed inside the home at any time.
- Please use furnishings and appliances for their intended use only.
- Please be aware Lincoln City has a strict `noise curfew` of 10PM. Be sure to keep noise down after that time. Any noise complaints received will result in a $75 fine.
- The community pool is open from Memorial Day through the end of September. The rules and policies for the pool are located in the binder on the kitchen counter. The electronic fob is hanging on the coat hook by the back door. Be sure to return key to hoo when departing. Failure to do so will result in a $60 replacement charge.
- Please clean BBQ after each use. Make sure ti is attached to wall of house with bungee cord when departing.
