The room wasn’t very clean. Hair everywhere (human) and the smell of dog was so strong. It got really bad when the air kicked on. Didn’t really use the amenities, so I don’t have much to say. Staff were friendly enough.

We really enjoyed our stay and my wife is ADA and in a powered-wheelchair and we booked an ADA room. We were pleased with the room and everything was clean and I took a shower in the AM an had all I needed to do that in time to get to breakfast. And the breakfast was very good with Belgian Waffles, Eggs, Bacon/Sausage, fried potatoes, and cereal, milk, orange juice, Apple Juice, and yogurt as well. We enjoyed our stay and made our drive to Wyoming nice to have two 8-hour drives instead of compressing a 15-16hr drive into one day!

Mandy greeted us upon entering. She was great! She informed us of the breakfast schedule and had recommendations for dinner in Limon. She was genuinely interested in us and that really made a difference on where to stay in the future in Limon.

It seemed like a nice hotel. The lobby and breakfast area were nice. The guy making the breakfast was helpful and kind. The breakfast was great. But our room was filthy!!! The carpet felt sticky and within minutes of walking around our feet were black! I could hardly stand it to have children in there. The window and around it was absolutely horrible. Layers of dust and dirt. What a let down Holiday Inn! There's a reason why we buy Holiday, usually they are awesome, but definitely not this time!

We booked through a 3rd party vendor and the person checking us in made a huge deal regarding this. The person checking us in made such a big deal about us and were so mean, my eight year old son asked if something was wrong and if he was being mean. He wasn't, neither was I or my husband, they were having a bad day and took it out on us. Other than this interaction at check in, the stay was fine, 2-3/5. The room was spacious and we slept well. The bathroom was also spacious and clean. We did not use any other amenities as we wanted to leave the property as quickly as possible as we did not want to have any additional interactions with staff.
