Despite never receiving a check in instruction email we were able to sort out our suite and access. Lovely accommodation. We were in one of the streetfront ground floor suites but it was very quiet and the courtyard is lovely. The well equipped kitchen made for a seamless dinner and enjoyable stay. Interior courtyard parking is a bonus.

Overall it was a good experience - location, size of the room, facilities, we were happy. But communication was terrible. We supposed to get a code to get in, but that didn't come till the very last minute. I called a few times but they didn't call back. Because there was no one to check us in, they wanted to make sure that we pay. But they had my credit card info through Hotels.com so I don't understand what the issue was.

Highly recommended for personality and comfort

The building is beautiful and in a great location - less than 5 minutes walk from the centre/old historic streets. The room was large and airy, the bed incredibly comfortable (a firm mattress) and the bathroom beautifully decorated with a window (floor to ceiling length, stained glass, beautiful!) that opened. Hot, powerful shower. The building is stunning, so much character. The one small negative was mixed communication - all the emails we had from the hotel were in French (understandably) and all said the check in would "greeting on arrival", so we waited around at 4pm to be met. When nobody came and another coupel arrived and put a pin code into the keypad we trawled through the emails again to find a code and this let us in. It wasn't clear though. A very small negative, in what was a very enjoyble stay.

Nice place, although we booked a room with a queen bed, double bed & sofa bed for the family. We were given a room with only the double & sofa bed meaning resulting in my daughters having to share.

Good condition and clean. But not enough equipment for an apartment - no tea towel, no water glasses, only 2 wine glasses/plates/spoons. These aren’t expensive to provide!

Rubbish

It was noisy you could hear all the floors creak and doors closing, people walking from rooms above. The door didnt open everytime. The water was cold so couldnt have shower and the heating was locked on low. The tv had a mind of its own kept going off.

Disappointing

We arrived to no staff as it was a public holiday in France. It was 40 degrees and we spent a while trying to find the room as there is no map in reception. The apartment was hot and stuffy and they only provided one fan for the whole space (2 bedrooms and large kitchen/living area.) I emailed to request another fan but had no reply. The beds were rock hard, but the worst issues was the smell of the drains that run just outside. It was horrific. We would not stay here again.

Problème d’ecvacuation de la douche italienne rendant la douche inutilisable sous peine de dégât des eaux. 6 appels téléphoniques et 2 messages. Rien n’a été fait par la direction qui ne m’a pas contactée. Personnel au téléphone indiffferent. Sauf 1. Un autre m’a raccroché au nez et personne sur place. Très très déçue par la direction qui se fiche de sa clientèle ….

Propre et calme

Très bel appartement en Rez de Jardin. Intérieur très sympa et propre. Le petit bémol pour moi est le manque de confort ds salon pour regarder tv, deux fauteuils droits incroyables. Salle de bain propre avec douche italienne. Pas de Tv dans la chambre contrairement aux photos du site.

la belle chambre avec sa petite cuisine sont trés agréables.la fenetre était coté cour donc silencieuse par rapport à la circulation. l'acceuil a été trés agréable. a noter que le service petit déjeuner (box à 15€ à commander ) n'existe plus mais il y a une boulangerie à 5 mn et tout ce qui faut à coté trés trés bien qualité prix
