We had a great stay at Stony Rise Lodge! We booked in advance and were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to the Executive Suite on arrival. The property is well appointed, comfortable and spacious. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast each morning. Special thanks to Donna, Dave, Ash and Roscoe for your hospitality and all the love and care that clearly goes into running this property. We would happily recommend to others and will be back! Thank you for a great stay.

Great location and view

Absolutely a pleasure to stay there. the hut itself was light, bright and spotless with gorgeous fittings. The property brimming with birds and flowers, a gorgeous village green in the middle with a community hut with everything you could possibly need to cook anything from a bbq to a huge feast. I would highly recommend it and would most definitely visit there again.

Clean, easy check in and friendly staff. The room is not that big but has all the things in.

Longview Vineyard is a great place to spend a couple of nights. We stayed one but wished we’d had a second. The best thing is the location. You have the freedom to wander the property at night and in the morning and there’s a great restaurant to eat lunch. You have breakfast supplies, including bacon and eggs. Or, you can eat the eggs for tea. We’d go again. Clean and comfortable room and bed. Our only reservation was the noise from next door. Most rooms are adjoining. Our neighbors came...

Value: Inexpensive;

Great set up, we loved the tent. Had everything we needed. Bed super comfy. Close to the beach and walking paths. Couldn't connect to the tv but to be honest we weren't there to watch it. We enjoyed our stay here

Friendly, simple check-in. A beautiful contemporary room with an even better outlook. Well appointed with wine, snacks, breakfast and coffee. A thoroughly relaxing stay in McLaren Vale and recommend highly.

The apartment was pet friendly and location was perfect with property at beachfront and hotel and cafe amongst neighboring properties. Beachport is a lovely quiet beacfront town which has plenty of visitors during the day.

The room was a little dusty and we couldn’t find the tv remote but the staff were extremely helpful. They came to help us look and also provided another one when it couldn’t be found. My favourite part of this little staycation was the bed. I have never stayed in a hotel room with this level of comfort before. I loved the mattress and the pillow choices. I haven’t slept so good in a long time.

This is our second stay at The Barn and once again it didn't disappoint! Accommodation was great and the food amazing, they certainly don't skimp on anything. We were lucky enough to stay five nights, only one little thing bugged me and that was the room wasn't vacuumed at all and as the weather was wet and miserable we brought a fair bit of debris in on our feet! Highly recommend a stay here you won't be disappointed.
