"The staff is really nice with a nice communication and service 10/10. But the room in the basement is just horrible. If you avoid rooms 888 and 889 your room should be nice. But 888 was really bad… lots of mosquitoes and humidity. We will never go back there and we don’t recommend. "

"Our stay at Cosmeen was perfect. We had a double room with city view with a balcony which had the perfect size for the two of us. The staff were amazing, friendly and always ready to help! The breakfast baskets were great, we could decide if we have it by the pool or in our room and pre-order via the app. The pool is very nice and quiet. The location was also nice very close to the promenade. We highly recommend this hotel!"

"Terrific. Comfy simple room with balcony (or terrace). All you really need, and a great price. We stayed here our first two nights, and then returned for our last three nights on Crete. It was convenient to the HER airport for our car and flights. Rooms vary depending on directions and weather ground floor, 1, or 2 floors higher. Our first had a view to the ocean. Our second, a view of the pool. Five minute walk to be at Hersonissos restaurants and shops. Can walk easily around town and along...
