Centrally located, walking distance to shops and restaurants. The access to the rooms were theough dark corridors and had to go up and down stairs after taking the elevators . Floors in the room were sticky.

Not as clean as expected
Hotel is located in a very convenient part of Mira Flores, next to different restaurants and stores. Customer service was excellent and breakfast on the go was very convenient but the hotel rooms needed more attention. The bedroom and bathroom were not as clean as you expected. They were a little diary, with spots in some places. The toilet was dirty and the ac was old and not working properly. I was sweating during the night time. Personally I would search other options before staying here again.
