cheap hotel, in busy tourist area
Laundry downstairs starts makes loud noise early in the morning, vehicle noise too; you cannot completely close the windows because most hotels in Peru don't have air conditioning. Comode is only suitable for a 6 year old - too short.

Upon receiving your complaint we have taken the time to verify the same with what we would like to clarify the following: the kitchen area begins to work from 8 am, we provide a standard and private service in all our rooms we do not have air conditioning service is only fan we appreciate your constructive criticism

Overcharged
The Wi-fi worked only 50% of the time. There were only 2 tables for breakfast each to sit 3 people. If you get to breakfast after the other people, you will not get it. My booking was for 240 dollars but at the check in they made a funny thing converted dollars to soles and then back to dollar and at the end i was charged 273 dollars. This was because they used a different conversion first and then the Visa net credit card processer used a different conversion rate. The place is in a loud street and there is no air conditioning. There were toys on the stairs, a safety hazard.

We appreciate your comments, all credit card payments are made in local currency at the internal exchange rate which is specified in the information panels attached to the reception, breakfast is given daily in the hours established to all our guests, wi fi of standard quality for travelers our establishment respects the rest schedule and is established as an internal regulation among our guests, in our service does not specify air conditioning or heating in our rooms.

Las reservas realizadas por internet se prestan a todo tipo de consideraciones cuando llegas al hotel, reserve una habitación con cama queen y cuando llegue me dijeron que ellos no tienen ese servicio y culparon a la página de internet por ofrecer lo que no tienen, pero no me dieron ninguna otra opción. La habitación no la limpiaban bien, el baño no tenia pestillo se abría y cerraba con el viento. No tienen espacio para ofrecer el desayuno.Y la instalación muy incómoda y precaria.

Agradecemos sus comentarios, le pedimos las disculpas del caso en su momento y es que efectivamente nuestro establecimiento no ofrece el servicio de cama queen, y se solicito la rectificacion a la pagina de internet, la limpieza de la habitacion es diaria en los horarios establecidos , los desayunos los cuales fueron brindados e inclusive de continental a tipo americano ( con huevo revuelto o frito sin costo ) las imagenes mostradas en internet de nuestro establecimiento son las mismas que nuestros huespedes ven al llegar ya que no usamos imagenes digitalizadas .
