The apartment is in the center of Miraflores, within walking distance to the Malecon and parks with breathtaking views of the ocean, Larcomar, Kennedy Park, restaurants, bars, shopping centers, cycling circuit and more. The apartment is fully furnished and is equipped to provide you with everything you may need during your stay, including 2 smartvs, wi fi, tv cable and onsite washer and dryer. The flat is in the third floor with a street view.
The space
There are three roomy bedrooms with closets in the unit. The main bedroom has a queen bed, 43” smartv and a private bathroom recently renovated. The second and third bedroom has a double size bed each. The 2nd. and 3rd. bedrooms share a complete bathroom recently renewed. The living and dining rooms accommodates 6 persons each and includes a second 43” smartv. The kitchen has been renewed with new cabinets, granite tops and new appliances. The kitchen has a complete set of dishes and utensils for 6 persons. The laundry area has a washer and dryer. There is a storage area for baggages.
Guest access
The keys are left at reception. You may arrive and leave at any time. Private parking is not provided inside the building unless specifically asked and confirmed by the host. Public paid parking is available less than 50 meter away.
