"The hotel and amenities were very nice and new, however, the ladies at the reception were very unfriendly and borderline rude. And the same unfriendliness with the bartender. Additionally, the pizza we ordered came out cold, and the server did not even ask how it was, even though it sat there uneaten. ..."
