"Room was spacious and clean, great mattress and pillows! Nice outdoor seating area with firepit - breakfast was ok"

"When we first walked in to the check in counter the clerk was working on the computer. Didn't greet us didn't say will be with you. Nothing we just stood there. I asked," is this where we check in?" He finally said he with you in one minute. Once he finished with his computer issue he then greeted us. The lobby and sitting area is really nice. The hotel smells nice. The outside looks old timey for sure. There's no garden area. So smokers and outdoor book readers be warned! The room was cozy not too big a little small. There was a puke stain on the floor. Thankfully it did not smell. I did not like or understand the $20 parking fee! There's no garage people just open parking. Street and highway noise was tolerable. Buy your breakfast thru the hotel or hotels.com! It's only $9 that way otherwise it's $16 at the hotel a nd it's not worth it! Only thing good was the coffee. "

"Was extremely disappointed in housekeeping routines. Was not informed that cleaning rooms was only by request. Then when I did call and ask for room to be cleaned I was informed that they had reached their quota for the day and also that requests had to be submitted by 9 am each day and it was about 9:45 when i called."

"Staff was very friendly and helpful. I had an issue with accidently booking two rooms and hey worked it out in no time. Cleaning staff was friendly and asked if we needed anything every time they saw us in the hallway. Great location off I-30 "
