We had a really good stay - very clean, nice rooms, cleaned every day. Was a little noisy outside the hotel due to street noise but apart from that, great and good breakfasts.

Nice convenient friendly hotel

Nice hotel with very friendly staff, located in a convenient location to get into the centre of Lille via the tram. Rooms are a bit on the small side and mine was a little dark, you can hear noise from the lift and corridor through the door but it was quiet otherwise. Despite this it was a comfortable stay and I slept well. Breakfast is tasty and plentiful.

Checking was shambolic. Although it was a group booking we had to pay the taxes individually and the check in chap took for ever to do it. The room was clean but tiny with one bed tight against the wall so you could only get in and out at the end. The toilet ran out of water so was disgusting. The dining area stank of sewage so we went to a local Paul for breakfast.

Parking is less than adequate. Tight and less spaces than needed. Required me to park on the street. The room is not sound proof in any way and as a result any outside noise is quite loud. Service was good. The location is quite good.

The room was ok but the shower was a bit underwhelming. The a/c didn't actually cool the room, although the fan worked and the white noise that provided was useful. The most disappointing aspect of my stay was the breakfast, which is available until 10am. I arrived in the restaurant just after 9am to find only scraps of ham, no eggs and no way to make a cup of tea - who wants loose tea leaves in a cup?

Ma première chambre était dans l'étage rénové, très forte odeur de peinture et aucune prise ne fonctionnait. On m'a changé de chambre. Ma seconde chambre n'avait pas de prise qui fonctionne dans le bureau et une lampe de chevet défaillante. Le lendemain matin, je n'ai pas eu d'eau chaude pour me laver, la chasse d'eau a cessé de fonctionner et l'eau coulait sans arrêt et il y avait du chlore en grande quantité dans l'eau du robinet, cela m'a brûlé les mains. Lorsque je l'ai signalé à l'accueil, je n'ai eu aucune excuse, simplement "c'est tout l'hôtel, on l'a signalé". Je suis très déçue des prestations et du personnel

Das Frühstück ist das Pluspunkt in diesem Hotel, klein aber alles da was man sich erwartet. Manche Personen des Personal sind schon etwas gestresst wenn man englisch mit ihnen spricht, es ist etwas schwierig aber am Ende geht es irgendwie. Das Zimmer, 212: Das Fenster schließt nicht richtig und somit ist der Strassenlärm deutlich zu hören. Der Teppich ist stark verschmutzt / fleckig, ich empfinde das als eckelhaft. Die Toilette hinter der Türe ist eine Zumutung in deren Platzierung, ein fülliger Mensch hat keine Möglichkeit diese normal zu benutzen. Das Bett ist aber sehr gut und ... es gibt EINEN deutschsprachigen Sender im TV, RTL.... wenigstens einen. Und das/die Zimmer als schallisoliert anzugeben ist Unwahr und erfunden, man hört....alles.
