For what we needed this hotel was ideal. Rooms are small and compact but no complaints at all. Affordable, clean, tidy and beds were very comfy. Served its purpose as somewhere to drop off our stuff and then come back to get our heads down. Hotel staff were a pleasure to deal with and very friendly, helped us check in early and had details to hand for local transport and taxis. Retail park the Hotel is on is absolutely loaded too, supermarkets, restaurants, bars, fast food and boulangeries galore. We drove and from Dunkirk it was about a 45 min drive. To get in to Lille was simple and easy enough, 5-10 min walk to train station, 5 mins on train and then straight on to the Metro. (Taxi back at 1 in the morning was about 40 euros from smack bang the centre of Lille.) If in Lille again we'll definitely be back and will use again.

A run down wreck

The image in my mind when you pay approx €250 for a night is a hotel room with a little luxury. What you get is a shoebox. The doors don’t shut or close properly, the bathroom is so small you have to step out backwards because ita too tight to turn around in. The lighting is ridiculous, better to use the torch on your mobile phone to see then rely on a wall light in the corner with the luminescence of a candle. It seemed clean enough, but no wonder the hotel had some availability for the rugby world cup, I should have checked other reviews before blindly booking this disaster.

El hotel está en las afueras, en área semi rural. La litera de arriba está demasiado dura e incómoda, la habitación muy pequeña, no hay espacio para colocar tus pertenencias. No lo recomiendo

Le code d'ouverture de la grille du parking ne fonctionnait pas, obligée de me garer sur le parking d'un magasin à l'extérieur. La lumière de la chambre ne fonctionne pas par l'interrupteur de l'entrée. Obligée de payer à nouveau la taxe de séjour déjà payée sur hotel.com

Tout c'est bien passé, c'est un hôtel 1ere classe, donc on sait ou l'on va. Mais celui ci est très bien tenu, le personnel est sympathique.

Surprise par l’exiguïté de la chambre mais bon accueil, propreté et bonne insonorité (l’hôtel est très proche de l’autoroute ). Par contre, pas mal de bruit intérieur dû à des portes de douche très bruyantes

Séjour dans cet hôtel à ne pas conseiller

Pas réussi à dormir seulement 3h30 par épuisement car on entend tout de la chasse d’eau au filet d’eau robinet et voisin qui a eu des va et viens incessants jusqu’à 2h du matin avec appel téléphonique pas toujours sur un ton agréable insécurisant du coup nous ( ma tante et moi) n’avons pas poursuivi le séjour les 3 nuits restantes donc plus jamais et j’ai perdu le coût des 3 dernières nuit pour rien et repris une chambre à l’hôtel le manoir qui lui parfait

Chambre convenable pour une nuit. En revanche, l'environnement a été horrible : un camp de gens du voyage a 50 mètres avec un chien qui aboyait jusqu'à 3h00! Un groupe de clients qui rentraient d'une soirée avec des enfants qui couraient dans les escaliers et sur le palier de 22h00 à 2h00. L'éducation des gens est indépendante de l'hôtel évidemment. Notre séjour a été un cauchemar du fait du bruit, mais nous avons reçu un bon accueil. Côté chambre, la salle de bain est minuscule. C'est plutôt une cabine de douche.

Une nuit de Noel qui se termine par un bon repos

Nous avons séjourné a l'hotel la nuit du 24 au 25 décembre, après avoir passe la soirde Noël en famille. Nousommes arrivés tard. Mais nous avons pu nous reposer dans de bonnes conditions. L'endroit est accueillant et le personnel est sympathique et très professionnel.

Marcher sous la pluie...

Vous arrivez vous vous inscrivez vous partez par la porte arrière vous montez dans la pièce vous redescendez vous voulez entrer par la même porte et ils vous disent de faire le tour du bâtiment sous la pluie en arguant que c'est une porte de sécurité de secours ou autre tu veux l'appeler je je... Si je peux sortir comme tous les autres clients et je ne peux pas entrer comme tous les autres clients qu'on a été obligé de faire tout le tour du bâtiment la prochaine fois si la chambre n'est pas côté façade. ..à côté se trouve le Campanile. RIDICULE...
