Just steps from the golden sand, this is an ideal home base for beach lovers seeking relaxation, convenience, and coastal beauty. Please note: guests of Kauai Beach Villas do not have access to the neighboring resort amenities.

What's Nearby
You'll be only three miles north of Lihue Airport, five miles northeast of Costco and Safeway for all of your grocery needs, and perfectly positioned for day trips both north and south. Tee off at the Wailua Golf Course only one mile south, or hop in the car for a day in sun-splashed Poipu (16 miles southwest) or beautiful Kilauea (21 miles northwest). Please note: guests of Kauai Beach Villas do not have access to the neighboring resort amenities.

The condo unit is newly remodeled, and has everything you need for your stay - fully equipped kitchen, bathrooms, washer/dryer and ample beach supplies. Its 5 minutes from airport and basically if you go south you hit Poipu and go North, you can get to Princeville/Hanalei. Added perk is the use of the resort pool next door!

We loved the condo! We rented it with another couple and it was perfect. Great beach access and we used the pool at the resort. They have chairs, boogie boards towels etc. great little patio where you can sit and see the mountains in the background. Close to Kapa'a which has lots of restaurants and shops and not too far from Hanalei

Great, easy stay!

We all had a great time. The outrigger pool was fun, my kids enjoyed the slide, we loved all the on site amenities (condo kitchen, lanai, air conditioning, starbucks, the beach, the poolside bar). Location was perfect for us. My kids are super active and we did a lot of activities (tubing, ziplining, snorkeling, river kayaking, napali coast). Being central made it more relaxing and easy. We only had 3 full days on the island, but it was fantastic. Thank you!

Love the location and resort amenities. The condo was one of the best equipped I have stayed in. Very clean, had comfortable beds and updated. Online description saying twin beds could convert to king was inaccurate. Good communication with checkin and out. Pricey, but would recommend.

Overall, a great experience! We requested the twin beds be moved together for a queen (which was done) . We also enjoyed the snacks and coffee (a nice treat!) . We would have given 5 stars for cleanliness, but 1 kitchen towel smelled moldy and the bathroom towels smelled musty. This is a great location; we loved walking on the beach and it’s also close to Kapaa. Would stay here again!

Wonderful condo

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! The location was fantastic, which made exploring super convenient. The property itself was spacious and very clean, providing plenty of room for our family to relax and spread out. The AC units worked well which allowed us to stay cool in every room. The pool area was a highlight—absolutely loved spending time there! However, the beds were not as comfortable as we’d hoped, which made for some restless nights. Also, while the kitchen was well-equipped with pots, pans, and dishes, it lacked basic essentials like salt and pepper.

Condo was great, clean, nice and modern. My only complaint is there were no extra blankets, esp for the blowup bed or couch bed. We asked but was told they couldn’t provide any if they weren’t in the unit already.

Lihue was very convenient to explore the island. The layout of the condo was very nice and the decorations made you feel like you were in Hawaii. There was even an unexpected basket of goodies. Everything you needed was supplied including laundry detergent. I would stay here again.

Amazing vacation

We had a great time at this condo! I have to admit, I was hesitant to rent from a property manager! I like renting from an owner because I feel like they have the kitchen and home stocked for a vacation! This condo was perfect! The kitchen was nicely stocked, the resort was really nice and the location was great!! We would definitely stay here again and I will recommend it to friends!
