Please exercise caution when climbing the ladder (fireman's ladder) to access the loft space and use it at your own risk.

Our family had a fantastic time at Andrew’s place. The house was perfect for me and my family, the place was clean and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Started every morning with a cup of coffee on the lanai with the perfect sunrises! Andrew was responsive and very attentive.

Kauai (near Lihue airport)

Location is amazing. Initially given incorrect code at arrival but property manager was available via phone and had immediate fix. Would be 5 star rating but listing clearly indicated a hot tub and this was not true. When I asked the host I was told I must be confused and there was a whirlpool tub in the MB vs a hot tub which was also not the case, simple bathtub.

Very relaxing with all the items you need to have fun at the beach. Great location with very little air traffic noise but still close to the airport. Elevator to the beach is very convenient.
