I visit the hotel very often when I am traveling to Adelaide for work. Staff are friendly and helpful. Hotel itself is nice and well maintained. However there is an ongoing issue with the housekeeping team entering the room despite ‘do not disturb’ sign displayed, and the hotel doesn’t seem to take this matter seriously at all given that it is already the fourth time this has happened. They continue to promise it will not happen again, but it just keeps happening. For me as a guest, I expect any hotel to strictly respect the ‘do not disturb’ sign unless it is an exceptional circumstance, and it should be the most basic and simple rule. But for some reason, the hotel management doesn’t seem to take this issue seriously or actually attempts to resolve this issue.

Super convenient location. The room provided enough space for our family of 5. We were very thankful for the cot being set up for us and the addition of the bath for our youngest, all without asking. The ladies who came to clean our room super kind and respectful. Overall suited us as walking distance to all activities.

The room was massive, the furniture could have been placed a little more imaginatively but that was a style thing. The bed was comfortable. Lots of hot water. The kitchenette was functional. Rm 43 needs a little bit of love re the mixer tap, and the carpet is threadbare in one spot. The hotel is large, the bar can be a little noisy at the beginning of the night, but then as the night progresses our room was very quiet and looked out into the courtyard. The restaurant serves a very good breakfast and the hotel staff are all professional and friendly. The hotel is in walking distance of most of the cities attractions, and if you don’t fancy walking the tram and bus stops are close by.

Showing its age needs a complete revamp.
