"Nice location. Breakfast was cold. All the hot tubs were not working but we were still charged the resort fee. Fire alarm went off as we were trying to pack to check out (it was a false alarm)."

"The “sofa bed” was broken and looked like a rhino had sat on and crushed it. It wasn’t even usable as a sofa anymore. At check in, the key cards didn’t work. Had to call the property manager, who was apparently out of town, but the stand-in was able to help us out. Still very inconvenient. The water in the shower was hot for about 30 seconds, than fluctuated between luke warm and cold. Only redeeming factor was the proximity to the gondola. "
