"The staff was incredible. Super helpful with any questions we had. As accommodating as possible ( no pool or hot tubs, lol) Tea was sweet asking about our daily adventures. From the door man to everyone we didnt see, they were awesome. We'll be back for sure. "

"I’ve had some poor experiences staying in downtown Portland before, but this hotel was a pleasant surprise. At first, I was a little worried about the long check-in line, but the staff handled it exceptionally well, professional, polite, and courteous throughout. Parking with the hotel is optional, but I highly recommend it. Everything is within walking distance, restaurants, shops, and the stadium (we were in town for a soccer game). The facility itself is clean, modern, and well maintained. Overall, a great stay, we’ll definitely be coming back!"

For those interested in the Paranormal activity side of our visit: light brightness adjusted on its own with one of our bedside lights inside the suite on the 4th floor. And one of our faces was distorted in a picture taken in front of the staircase in the lobby."
