"This is my second time staying here. It’s a central part of Phoenix with lots of retail and restaurants nearby. I would recommend and stay here again. Staff is always friendly. "

"Breakfast menu was great and so was the staff. We knew the hotel was older but it was disappointing the condition it was in. A lot of corners were cut when they remodeled. The neighborhood was run down. "

"Holes in end table, trash still in waste basket, carpet stains from entrance through to the bedroom. Original furniture, curtains and carpet from the eighties. Wallpaper peeling. Several outlets did not function. Very sketchy place, did not feel safe. Don’t believe the pictures online."

"Room was very clean and private. The interior is beautiful. Close in proximity to a lot of great stores and event spaces. "

"Room was clean, staff was nice. We had a queen bed with a sofa sleeper and 4 people and there were only 3 pillows in the room so we asked for a few more and they would only give us 1 more so only 1 pillow per person which wasn’t great, there was only a tiny bottle of shampoo in the bathroom and a bar of soap, and we had a whole kitchen, but no dishes to use. Wish the free breakfast had some hot breakfast. I’d stay here again but you definitely need to bring a lot of your own stuff for it being an extended stay hotel what do you think would come with a lot of the stuff."
