"For over $500 we got a spartan room with very little storage space and a huge bathroom with no space for towels, toiletries, etc. The seating in the room was uncomfortable and the furnishings were all laminate. This is, at best, a 2-3 star hotel with 5 star prices. On the plus side, it is well located in the city center and is a pretty building."

"The hotel is good for staying overnight on a long drive somewhere, wouldn't say you can expect great comfort or facilities. Having said that, staff was friendly and there was a nice bar downstairs where you can have an evening drink and the room was clean."

"Lovely quirky little hotel. Really nice staff. Delicious breakfast and super comfy bed. What more could you ask? Well it also has a superb location- thought our room overlooking the train station would be noisy, but couldn’t hear any street noise. Smallest lift I’ve ever seen - hilarious. Lovely warm shower and great occitane products. Would return without hesitation."

"The pool and the Spa treatment were great. It was a new experience having the sauna in a private room away from the Spa area. I had a really enjoyable stay. Staff and the restaurant food was pleasant. I really enjoyed the cognac collection at the bar. Loved the artwork on the premises. I highly recommend it for anyone who likes somewhere quiet to getaway for a few days."
