"This hotel is located right next to the train station, perfect for a one night stay. One doorway leads to a huge sloped plaza away from all traffic that invites pedestrians, (locals and tourists alike) to wander and socialize. Also on the square is the fine opera house and the Munch Museum, an architectural marvel, with 13 floors of windows cantilevered for a magnificent view."

"Right by the river. Easy walk to lots of good restaurants and to public transportation and city center. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was great."

"Stayed here for three nights from Thursday until Sunday, couldn't fault the place for cleanliness, and the location is superb. I had to pay(again!) to check in at the automated screen, but once I questioned it, I was told I'd get refunded. It was so worth paying the extra money to get a deluxe room with a top floor balcony, as the view over the main central station was great. If you are checking out on a Sunday, you can request an extension up to 6PM, rather than the usual 'out by 12 o'clock', this was useful, stayed until 2PM. Good value for money and would definitely return and recommend."
