"I really loved my stay at Le Francanne. My hosts were kind and helpful. The kitchen and bath were very modern and nice looking, with modern appliances. I also used the washer and dryer upstairs a couple of times, and that was nice to be able to use. There was lots of thoughtful tech. Window shades lowered and raised on a timer. The light on the stairway came on and turned off automatically, so I never had to worry about finding a switch for that. The heat worked great so I never had to worry...

"Such a friendly place. The guy who checked us in was welcoming, humorous and efficient. He worked so hard, I hope the company realise how great an asset he is. He manned reception, served our meal, ran the bar (thanks for the Negroni) and was there doing it all again at breakfast. Slightly hidden away from the front with an anonymous facade with a generous car park around the back that’s east to miss, the hotel is an oasis within a fairly bland industrial city. "Love this hotel and love the staff here more. This hotel was the one beacon of light after a long horrible night. After a long day of travel, we got stuck in this city due to a transportation mix up. We were lost, soaking wet, freezing cold in the middle of the night when we showed up here, and the night manager here saved my ass! He let us come in and warm up, and waited patiently while i tried to fix my flight plans for the morning. Then, in my exhausted state, i booked the room for the wrong night. The night man (Farook i think was his name) is an absolute saint of a man. He fixed my reservation, price matched the lower rate that i had for the wrong night, and even dragged a spare twin bed into the room so my brother had a place to sleep that wasnt the floor. God bless this man. The hotel is warm, comfy, has food and a microwave in the lobby and even little cookies in the lounge. The rooms are spacious and comfy and the shower is heavenly. Thank You!!!"
