"Die Wohnung an sich war in Ordnung (neuwertige und ausreichende Ausstattung, die zentrale Lage ist gut und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und verschiedene Restaurants sind fußläufig erreichbar). Allerdings liegt die Wohnung unmittelbar an einer Hauptverkehrsstraße, was entsprechenden Verkehrslärm mit sich bringt.
