"My brief weekend trip to Maastricht was made even more special by the kindness and efforts of Francine during my stay in her lovely home to ensure that I enjoyed my stay. It is everything and more than the photos and description can indicate. She even loaned me one of her bikes so I could go to an afternoon appointment nearby. "We stayed here for 4 nights with our baby and enjoyed it very much. It is close to Durbuy in a quiet neighborhood. The parking is right beside the building. We only missed a kettle in the house. And when you don't have any experience operating a pallet heater it may be difficult to maintain the chosen temperature.. However we would like to come back to this practical apartment. We definitely recommend this place."

"It was close to a squat. Broken glass n furniture in common areas. There were 5 hammer marks on the door where someone tried to break in to the apartment. There was a homeless guy living in the stairwell ffs. I had to leave n find somewhere else. Despite telling Expedia all the they have failed to get back to me…."

"This was a bit of a scam. I noticed a comment before about a client being asked to change hotels because of roadworks at the location but assumed that was a special circumstance. The day before we got a phone call from the landlord telling us the same story - that we would not be able to sleep because of the construction noise (we reserved the room for a Saturday night). But he assured us he had a better location in the centre. As we were there for a big event, we had no choice. The "better"...
