"This property is located on the outskirts of Stuttgart and a little distance from the city centre. Locally there are restaurants, bars and cafes. I was there only for one night, so not the best place for the city, however had I been staying longer then it would have been ideal. There plenty of transport options to city and is quite cheap and regular. The rooms were spacious and facilities excellent. An ideal place for a week or so."

"Die Unterkunft entsprach allen Angaben und kann empfohlen werden. Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in der 3. Etage, was wir aber im Vorfeld nicht wussten. Mit Hilfe eines zufällig anwesenden Hausmeisters konnten wir das Treppenhaus betreten, da ansonsten die Haustür verschlossen ist. Vor der Wohnung haben wir über die Handynummer Kontakt mit dem Vermieter aufgenommen. Er teilte uns den Code für den neben der Wohnungstür vorhandenen Schlüsseltresor mit. "Pros: Sehr nette Gastgeber,die Einrichtung war den Bildern entsprechend. Eine kleine Terrasse läd zum Kaffee trinken ein. Das Bett war sehr bequem.
Cons: Mir fehlte die auf den Fotos abgebildete Kaffeemaschine. Ich trinke gerne Filterkaffee. Dies sollte man vielleicht entweder aus den Bildern entfernen oder optional trotzdem eine Kaffeemaschine bereit stellen."

"The apt itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly as expected. We had a great visit. I did have some ??s when checking in. I didnt expect to have to haul luggage up multiple flights of stairs.
