"First off ,no bed bugs! , I like how there was no hassle with bringing my pet, and just how chill they are for check-ins. Only cons are if you are any where near a smoking room the smell of cigarettes can seep into your room but still only thing that I noticed as far as cleanliness the would be stray hairs in the sheets but nothing to squeal about "

"We were very disappointed that the shuttle to Ravinia was not ADA compliant. The front desk was very helpful in getting us checked in early since we had to drive to the park. They went the extra mile to find us a room that was ready early."
