"Convenience, location covers and pillow need cleaning "

"Overall this was a good experience minus one pretty major thing. We had gotten to the room after a long day and were in our pjs winding down in bed, my sister grabbed one of the pillows from the bed which was untouched by us before this time. The pillow had crusty stains on it as if it had not been cleaned at all from the previous stay. It was late so we didn’t want to go to th desk at that moment and so we threw it on the floor and used the extra pillow in the closet. When we reported this to them the next day they asked why we didn’t report it when we found it and brushed it off, which was not how I believe that should have been handled."

"No pool, never use the WI Fi, They do Not enforced that None Smoking Policy, Smoke stinking Hallways and rooms and not regular smoking. Room Mattress old and not very comfortable "
