This is the best Hotel we have ever stayed at in the world for service, our room and the food in the club lounge. The help we received from booking into the hotel, trying to get a bus the next day and assistance in the club lounge by all staff including Edith was world class. We could not fault anything at all. Highly recommend

Excellent hotel with a great location, very close to shopping areas, restaurants, and everything you may need. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff are very friendly, professional, helpful, and always willing to assist. The service was excellent throughout my stay, and I felt very welcomed. I had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

청결함등 시설에 대해서는 아주 만족합니다. 호텔 로비 와 식당이 좀 더운것을 제외하면 그러나, 결제시스템에 아주 큰 오류가 있습니다. 호텔스닷컴을 이용하여 예약하고, 현장결제 옵션을 선택하여 현장에서 회사카드로 결제를 하려고 했습니다. 체크인시 요청도 드렸고, 보증금도 회사카드로 결제를 하였습니다. 그러나 저녁이 되자 호텔스닷컴에 예약을 위해 등록된 개인카드로 숙박비가 결제가 되었습니다. 프론트에 항의하자 취소를 해준다 하였습니다. 그러나 다음날 저녁에도 자동으로 또 개인카드로 숙박비가 결제가 되는것입니다. 총 4박 예정에 2박이 자동으로 개인카드로 숙박비가 결제되었습니다. 호텔스닷컴에 설명을 요청하고 프론트에도 항의하니 취소(환불)은 한달이 걸리고 시스템을 잘 모르겠다는 답변만 받았습니다. 결국 4박에 대한 숙박비는 회사카드로 다 결제하고, 개인카드로 결제된 2박에 대해서는 취소(환불)을 해주겟다는 답변만 듣고 체크아웃하였습니다. 이 큰 좋은 5성급호텔에서 겨우 이렇게밖에 대처를 못한다는게 이해가 가지 않습니다. 3년전 방문때도 같은 일이 발생하여 결국 개인카드분을 제외하고 나머지만 회사카드로 결제했는데 또다시 같은일이 발생하였습니다. 10년째 같은 호텔을 여러번 이용중인데 3년전부터 현장결제에 대한 부분에서 매번 이러한 불편함이 발생합니다. 반드시 고쳐주십시요, 반드시 개인카드분 취소해주십시요.

ロビーに椅子が欲しい

去年に続き2泊しました。ホテルは新しくきれいで、部屋は清潔感もありまずまずです。シャワーは水圧が弱く、トイレは洗浄つきではありません。朝食は種類も多く飽きませんでした。立地は市内中心部なので、仕事に観光にべんりだとおもいます。ただ、ロビー待ち合わせのスペースがなく苦労します。

Executive Rooms poor value

Check made me wait 30 minutes, refusing to grant access to the Executive lounge. Finally reception agreed they had made a mistake and that the executive room booked and paid for included lounge access: by which time the lounge had closed. Lounge hours are from 5-8pm - outside those times not even a tea or coffee is provided. Just to make sure they switch the coffee machine off... On check out I was billed again for the room despite having paid in advance in full through Expedia. Wifi connection frequently drops. On plus side when the coffee machine had a mishap and sprayed coffee all over me, they did pay to launder the shirt.

新しいホテル

部屋は新しく、シャワーの出かたも十分でした。朝食も種類が多く、満足しました。ホテルの１Ｆから６Ｆくらいまでショッピングモールになっていて、暇つぶしもできるし、高層階ではレストランもかたまってありました。
