Wonderful apartment a few steps from the beach and the beautiful waters of Lake Como.

Consisting of double bedroom, large and modern living room with access to the terrace, ultra modern kitchen equipped with everything, bathroom with tub, terrace overlooking the lake, parking and WI-Fi.
The management provides linen and towels.

Heerlijk genieten aan het Como meer
We hebben genoten van onze twee weken verblijf in het appartement en de omgeving van het Como meer. Omdat de wegen rondom Lezzeno nogal hobbelig en bochtig zijn, hebben we voor bijna al onze activiteiten gebruik gemaakt van de veerdiensten op het Como meer. Ideaal! Het appartement is ruim en schoon en het uitzicht op het meer en de bergen Magnifiek. Inchecken was goed geregeld en het linnengoed ruim voldoende. Verder is het appartement van alle gemakken voorzien.

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit toller Lage am See
Da es für diese Wohnung noch keine Bewertung gibt, mache ich es hier etwas ausführlicher.
Zur Wohnung: Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet, sauber und ideal für 2 Personen. Es gibt einen großen schönen Balkon mit Blick auf den See. Die Küche ist zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Wenn man nicht so viel kochen möchte, ist das ausreichend. Es gibt einen Wasserkocher und eine Kapsel-Kaffeemaschine. Keinen Toaster, aber einen Sandwich-Maker. Im Bad gibt es eine Waschmaschine und eine Badewanne, keine Dusche. An der Badewanne gibt es keine Duschwand. Vielleicht wird das nachgerüstet, zumindest haben wir das empfohlen. Einen Parkplatz gibt es auf dem Grundstück, auch geeignet für etwas größere Autos.
Lage: Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig, kein Autolärm. Allerdings hört man den Bach rauschen, das kann man aber nach kurzer Zeit ausblenden. Ein paar Treppen unterhalb der Wohnung gibt es einen kleinen Strandabschnitt (3 Minuten zu Fuß) mit Leitern in den See. Hier kann man sehr gut schwimmen. Der Strand war auch am Wochenende nicht überfüllt. Man hat hier auch bis ca. 16.00 Uhr Schatten. Wir empfehlen Strandstühle und geschlossene Badeschuhe mitzunehmen.
Es gibt einen Minimarkt fußläufig in ca. 7 Minuten mit dem nötigsten für den täglichen Bedarf. 2 größere Supermärkte gibt es in Bellagio.
Die Bushaltestelle ist direkt oberhalb der Wohnung an der Hauptstraße.
Der Fähranleger ist allerdings etwas weiter weg. Man braucht ca. 25 Minuten zu Fuß und die Schiffe gehen von dort auch nicht so häufig.
Essen gehen: Es gibt fußläufig 3 - 4 gute Restaurants. 3 davon haben wir getetet und sie sind durchaus zu empfehlen. Unser Favorit war das Crotta dei Pescatori direkt unterhalb der Wohnung mit schöner Terrasse direkt am See. Reservierungen sind nötig. Dabei hilft aber auch sehr gerne die sehr nette Verwalterin Emi (Emanuela). Sie war in allen Belangen sehr hilfsbereit, auch die Kommunikation (über WhatsApp) ging immer schnell. Sie hilft gerne und immer mit Rat und Tipps und übernimmt Reservierungen für was auch immer.
Lezzeno: Der Ort ist nicht sehr touristisch, außer ein paar Restaurants ist dort nicht viel los. Wer also Nachtleben, Bars und viele Geschäfte sucht, ist hier nicht richtig. Hier ist man eher unter Einheimischen. Mehr los ist in Bellagio (7 km). Dorthin gibt es auch eine gute Busverbindung, allerdings nicht am Abend. Letzter Bus geht um ca. 19 Uhr zurück. Mit dem Auto kann man aber auch einen Parkplatz finden, wenn man nicht gerade am Wochenende geht.
