A so so place.

The check in process spoiled a rather good stay. The rooms were clean and warm. The kid’s bed kept sliding back into the bunk. Just be aware that there is no restaurant service. The hotel has spectacular views in the morning.

Jeg havde valgt hotellet, fordi det kostede en femtedel af alle andre i området og havde altså ikke regnet med så også at have en altan med udsigt til bjergene! Værten, der tjekkede os ind, var utroligt sød og fortalte om omgivelserne, vi sov dejligt og kommer helt sikkert gerne igen! Byen var meget charmerende, i øvrigt.

Séjour agréable

Bien que pour un sejour très court, le personnel a été très serviable et sympatique. Ils ont répondus a toutes mes demandes et se sont arrangés si besoin, pour cela merci. Appartement très agréable, un bémol sur la litterie qui ne m'a pas convenue.

The hotel is nestled in a beautiful picturesque setting and has a kitchenette to help with the Covid difficulty of not much in the restaurant at hotel. The staff was friendly!!! This is more like an Airbnb than a hotel. No shampoo or conditioner, so bring your own. The check out is clean it yourself and collect all sheets and wash all dishes. Biggest problem for me was that there was a security deposit at check in for anything that may have been damaged at the check out. The amenities were old and very used so the side table near bed was slanted in a way that anything you put on it at night, water, wine, or phone, would slide on to the floor. It was a miracle that the only thing that actually made a mess was a glass of wine that fell off. I was shocked that my water glass or phone did not break on the tile floors. At check out, I was charged for the wine glass that fell to floor and stained sheets (not broken glass) They were nice enough to split it with me because I pointed out the end table issue. They did make up for it by having me pay for painting the walls that were stained by the wine? Paid more than an extra $100 for my stay. This was after I even extended for an extra night during the very slow Covid and no snow season. The decor needs updating as well and the TV is size of a computer monitor. Sorry to have to give a negative review, by muy this is not really a hotel. Maybe Airbnb or Bed and Bfast? Without breakfast.

Be careful, this is not a hotel or a resort. This is an apartment building so, you don't get housekeeping services. They expect you to clean your rooms and save the towels for the rest of the stay or else pay 35CHF for towel replacement. I'm not kidding, this has happened to us. we were there for 3 nights and we had to use same towels for all three nights. Reception is a joke. They close it well before 6pm. The shower will have either hot or cold water, getting a warm water is impossible. We complained twice about this but we were told there is nothing wrong with the shower. We asked to change rooms, they said it costs extra. It is not cheaper either. There are good hotels in Leysin costing same or a little less but you won't get the kitchen facility. I'd rather have that then clean up my room and repeat towel everyday!

Au calme, magnifique vue, nous y reviendrons

Nous avons séjourné une nuit dans un appartement cosi et très fonctionnel. La vue sur la montagne est magnifique. Lors du check-in on nous a annoncé qu'on pouvait garder l'appartement jusque 17:00 (au lieu de 10:00) belle surprise qui nous a permis de fairer une ballade matinale et ensuite savourer un brunch sur la terrasse ensoleillée en admirant la vue.

Very nice place

Very nice, big and clean room with an awesome view from the large balcony. Staff were very professional and friendly and left us all the info for our (very) late check-in after they closed the reception. Very pleasant overall experience!

非常適合作為渡假三數天的渡假酒店

非常舒適和附有設備齊全的廚房，露台上邊看美景邊吃早餐，一流享受，可惜位置上對有大型行李的住客會有點辛苦，但離開時有車送上車站又很體貼。

Beautiful view,

Nice spacious family room. Beautiful view. Undercover parking. Beautiful view. Staff at reception really helpful and friendly (let us check in a couple of hours before we were suppose to). Did I mention the beautiful view! Was a bit shocked at the deposit we had to put down in case anything was broken but other than that it was all good.

lovely chalet in the mountains

This place was very comfortable and well equipped for a one night stopover. We ate our home cooked meal on the private balcony enjoying the stunning mountain views. Leysin is beautiful! Having to take out our rubbish to some designated point in the parking garage was a bit weird.

two nights in Swiss Alps

wonderful hotel in the Swiss Alps. Very nice room and great views. We had a family of four adults and it was very comfortable for us. Will definitely do it again.
