The first room we were put in had a broken tv, hole in the wall from construction going on, gum on the wall and no hot water. The gentleman at the front desk was very accommodating. He was working alone so it took some time for us to switch rooms. There were no rooms available with 2 beds so he put us in a suite.

The night clerk Rashad was very helpful and went above and beyond by helping me with getting my bags in the room to getting me drinks from the vending machine you see I have mobility issues and use a walker. Nice young man. Hang on to him

We were told the hotel was having a “soft” renovation. They assigned us a room directly beneath a room that had workers hammering throughout the day. It seems logical that they would put our room in a different location. The hotel was not full-maybe 10 cars in parking lot.
It took at least 4 minutes of running water to get it warm for a shower.
Ice maker did not work.
Back door into hotel broken & not in use.
I would not recommend this hotel.

⭐️⭐️⭐️...Very basic hotel. Front desk staff was not at desk on arrival or check out so we had to wait for them to appear. Hotel is full of pink sticky notes denoting areas that need repairs & they were everywhere. Obvious bodily fluid stain on pull-out couch mattress. Included breakfast is underwhelming. If you're looking for a quick, basic place to lay your head as you pass through the area, this will work.

Much improved since my last stay! Upgraded tvs and some cosmetic repairs completed. The shower takes a little long to get hot. Side door not working. Staff is awesome and accommodating. Much improved!

Carpets throughout the hotel were very stained. As was the recliner in our room. From the location of the stain, it looked like dirty hair impression. We chose not to use the chair. First night we couldn't sleep because it was so hot. Turning on the a/c caused a noise like it was freezing up. Something was wrong with the alarm clock. It made a constant buzzing noise and had to be unplugged. Still using single serve plastics. Internet was very poor. Couldn't work. Coffee in the room was horrible.
Property itself clean enough.
Shower had good water pressure. However TV was not working at all. Well we did late check in and only stay 1 night so not huge issue but still inconvenient.
On entering the room there was a weird odor, not a fresh one. Went to breakfast at 9:00, almost none of the gadgets worked (including the toaster!!!). They ran out of orange juice at 9:00! It’s safe to say I will not be returning to this hotel. Definitely NOT worth the money I paid. No thank you!
The front desk staff was courteous and helpful. Problems with TV and phones in room were not able to be resolved and general management has not responded to phone calls or email regarding reparations. Otherwise, a nice hotel, but the general manager's lack of response leaves a sour taste.
There was a weird sound coming from the pipes that lasted until morning, kept me and my mom up the entire night. It also smelled old and dirty in the hallways and elevators.
During my stay here, we had to switch rooms because the original room had blood on the furniture, the rugs were nasty and dirty and the hotel had a very bad smell, later during our stay it was a hotel party with kids drinks and grown guys, which is unsafe for children
Unfortunately there is no "Queit Time" set for this hotel for guest to go by so people were very noisy, playing and loud in the hallways all hours. It was my first uncomfortable stay. The guest overtop of me were so noisy that I could not sleep. Had to go to my car at 3am. Next day confronted front desk on the situation and to please change my room. Lillian was so nice and helpful my whole stay and changed my room with no issues. Thanks Lillian for being so helpful and apologetic.🙂
