It was only me and my daughter that travel and we were super safe with all the locked doors after midnight and the only thing I had to complain about was the night manager she was horrible and rude! But other then that our room was amazing and clean and the shower OMG was EVERYTHING ! :)

The breakfast was basic, but otherwise good. The staff were friendly but the reception staff spent most of their time hidden behind a big monitor in front of them. The outside gas firepit was great, the times it was actually on. The bedroom was comfortable, but what let it down was the loud noises from the heat/air systems. Not just in our room, it sounded like from the room next door, too. Very loud and mechanical sounds. When in the shower, it sounded like a freight train was in there with me. It was a shame as it was a great location.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. One of the best beds we have had in awhile with a hotel stay. There was some bad food in our mini fridge but we just took out and threw it away. Everything else was very cleaned and smelled wonderful!

Loud, the next-rook-over’s alarm clock woke me up. There is insufficient insulation between rooms on the same floor or from floor to floor. The front desk staff was surly and unpleasant, both morning and evening. In the evening to us, in the morning while doing personal business on the phone with another business. The black out curtains were broken, I suppose fortunately in the down position, but there was no option to have natural light in the room in the morning. Parking was simple and convenient. The location was good. There was a very kind and lovely woman working in the hospitality/ breakfast area. Our room was extremely cold, 62 degrees, and when we tried to turn the heat up the noise from the HVAC unit was VERY loud. So we opted to sleep in all our clothes and leave the thermostat where it was.

Absolutely wonderful hotel
We had such an amazing stay. Loved the hotel! Loved the look of the hotel. It’s was well decorated. Loved the very spacious room. Wish we could have stayed longer. It was a little difficult to get to, our GPS kept taking us to the side entrance and you’re surrounded by a bunch of one way streets, so we ended up driving in circles trying to get there. Several restaurants within walking distance. We didn’t stay for breakfast but thought it was nice that it was served to 10am.

Weekend Stay
We needed just a couples getaway for a weekend and we absolutely hit the jackpot by staying at The Sire Hotel. It was centrally located to many places we wanted to visit, the front staff as well as the cleaning staff were all friendly and very accommodating. The next time we are back in Lexington, I will look for an open spot at The Sire Hotel.

Property did the old bait and switch. What was advertised on Expedia was suddenly unavailable upon checking in and no notified me, not the Sire or Expedia. When I brought to the attention of hotel I was basically told so sorry but you purchased with Expedia and to take up with them. Oh but the offered me a drink voucher at their bar to make up for me not getting what I purchased.

We apologize that your king room was not available due to an unforeseen issue with plumbing to that room. Our error was not explaining that at check in, as the front desk did not have your complete phone number to make you aware, which was approximately an hour before you arrived. We hope that you still experienced a good nights sleep in the two queen bed room accommodation that had to be substituted in the process. We hope you will give us another chance should you find yourself back in Lexington. Safe travels always

The property was so much better than I expected, considering the price point. The lobby and the room were really clean. The room was small and cozy and the bed was really comfortable.

Outstanding hotel
The Sire was wonderful! The architecture was classy, the rooms large and clean, and the showers were the best!!! The complimentary breakfast was one of the best we have had in a hotel. We would stay there any time we are in Lexington.
