Cute house

Super cute home with everything we needed. Loved the upstairs room and the backyard. Perfect location for getting to town or for the KY Horse Park, plus supermarkets just 2 miles away. Lots of towels, beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen was very well stocked.

Serviceable

Fine property decently appointed. If you plan on cooking much (a major reason we chose VBRO style accommodations over hotels) I’d bring more than you think you’ll need. We were slightly disappointed to find a rental that boasts a capacity to host 5 only had three forks lolBut other than that it was a fine place to stay. The furniture is comfortable and it’s close to several things we needed while in Lexington.

Lovely Lexington

Over all - I would recommend this home. I think the owners/ managers should come visit and make some updates though. The house is adequate. The neighborhood is nice. Pretty quiet. The house is located close to many interesting places in Lexington. The property managers were quick to respond to messages. The seating could be more comfortable. There wasn’t dish soap or garbage bags - not even one to get us started when we arrived. Also there was food left behind in the fridge and freezer. (Probably need to check in with cleaning company on this one.) Plenty of kitchenware though for cooking. The kitchen sink hot water - doesn’t get very hot to clean dishes. I microwaved water to wash out dishes.
