This is a house I use to house hunters during deer season, this is a quiet place to relax or if want a weekend getaway or looking for a place to stay if working away from home, has charcoal grill on back porch, fire pit in back yard, full kitchen and living room, it is handicap accessible, it depends on what phone service you have it get good reception, AT&T works good, hot water does have a sulfur smell at first if hasn’t been used in a few weeks, but run it a few minutes and is back ok, other than that the place is A ok, the couch makes into a bed also, just digital TV channels, all pots and panda yo cook with
