Terrible place! DO NOT STAY HERE. I would give a negative rating if I could. First impression was disgusting. We didn’t get here until 3:30 AM and needed a place to rest our head. Walking into building 6, strong smell of cigarettes and prostitutes. If you don’t know what that smells like, consider yourself lucky. Our room had an overwhelming smell of cologne which immediately gave us headaches. Our shower did not work, unable to get hot water due to the handle being broken. They did not believe my husband and made him come back to our room, take a VIDEO, THEN go back down to show them all while our toddler was trying to go to sleep. Most UNPROFESSIONAL place we’ve EVER stayed. Breakfast was almost non existent and had someone standing over us the whole time to ensure we ate all our food and didn’t waste it. Knowing we booked our stay with our 2 year old, they provided us a room with a broken mirror that was taped over. Outlets were not covered according to code which let room for our toddler to put his finger in. Fortunately, he did not discover that. Not to mention that we were unable to use our fridge due to ice buildup in the freezer and mold at the bottom. We opened our curtains to let some light in, lo and behold- some kind of red stains & black spotty places which looked like mold. NOT HARD TO CLEAN THE PLACE PEOPLE. IF YOU WOULDN’T LET YOUR FAMILY STAY, WHY LET STRANGERS THAT PAY YOUR BILLS STAY IN SOMETHING DISGUSTING!!!

There should be an option here for 0 stars.... this is the absolute WORST place we have EVER stayed at, and I would recommend NOONE EVER STAY THERE AGAIN. Words can't describe how dirty, unsafe, and unsanitary this location is. From the smell you experience when you walk in the door, to food in the drawers, broken equipment, and FILTHY conditions... we can't UNRECOMMEND enough. DO NOT STAY HERE.

The exterior was very dilapidated and lots of trash around the property. The interior looked incredibly dated and very dark hallways. It also had an unclean smell in the hallways. Each of the two nights were very loud. We were woken up around 10pm to yelling, banging doors, little kids crying and screaming and what sounded like parents yelling at the children. This continued till well after midnight.

The property has a profound odor of smoker's. Every room has strong old odors of cigarette and "other" smoke. Many people hanging around all the exits outside and it seems like a homeless shelter. The hotel needs updated desparately.

I had to check out (on my birthday, no less) as they had cockroaches, offered no help and wouldn't give me back the 3 shirts I forgot. Once checked into my new hotel and realized this, I went back in less than an hour to retrieve said shirts. They denied me as they were treating but were nowhere near where I was yet. It's really sad to see how terrible this property has become over the years.

This place was absolutely disgusting. I have never been so disgusted with a place. Dirty towels in closet, Cheeto by the bed condom wrapper behind night stand. And raisins and trail mix squashed under the chair cushion. We left after we realized how dirty the room was.

The property is run down and lots of amenities if not all of them were not operational. As a matter of fact the building was deemed Condemned due to the sprinkler system not working. The inside of the room was not as bad and much cleaner.

It starts with a sign at the front counter explaining how to make the showers work because they're a little "tricky". Says continental breakfast, nope. This is not a $100 / night hotel. If you have to pay more than $50, find somewhere else.

I absolutely loved the artwork, leather clutches, and of course the RGB “Tiesto Chandelier “ The staff is great I extended my stay more than once and was around when the pool and hot tub opened This is what makes it a great value in this area

Rooms were visibly dirty, trash on floor, stained bedding etc. Lights didn’t have bulbs, no heat on when entering and it took a good 6 hours to heat up. No hot tub or restaurant which would have been extremely helpful to know ahead of time. The man at the front desk was very nice, accommodating and helpful.

The property is run down. The room smelled like it had been smoked in and the smell masked. The vanity had been repaired/replaced with painted plywood. There were stains on the rug, a gouge in the wall, and an obvious repair to another wall that had also been damaged. The water in the shower went from warm to ice cold without warning. For the rate through Expedia, it was "fine" but only because I was using the room like a motel room for travel. Not good for a vacation or business stay.

Check in was slow, hotel had cigarette and pot smoke, room was not clean. Toilet was broken and they wouldn’t change room so I fixed the toilet myself. Breakfast was really just breads. Pool is scary. You get what you pay for, but they could do better with what they have by making it clean and not smell.

Dirty, molded, pool dirty with rocks in it. No towels, zero soap or shampoo in the room. Asked twice for pool towels and room towels. Never received it. Tub water was coming out a yellow/orange color. Hole in the wall, stained carpets. Molded in light fixture bathroom. Everything deteriorated. Parking lot had black ice, no salt/sand.

Do not come here. I scheduled this for my son and I as a get away to use the pool and spend the weekend together. Booked nonsmoking king the entire hall and room smells like stale cigarettes, there was burn holes in the carpet and bedding. Dead roaches on the floor by the toilet, surfaces were filthy with a slimy residue and fingerprints. Corners of the room had trash and debris on the floor that hasn’t been vacuumed. The sink had actual stuff inside it obviously not wiped down at all. We didn’t even unpack. We checked out and left. Thank god we only live 15 mins away, will never be back!!!! And while we were leaving the parking lot was dark and there was people yelling at each other in the parking lot

Terrible service sat in the lobby with 4 other families while staff left for hours with no way to contact, issues with booking, tv,microwave,fridge was on a power strip and short circuited and staff had no way to fix, domestic violence issues in rooms police contacted and a lot of yelling

Non-Smoking Room with a strong smoke smell
I requested and was given a "smoke-free" room. The room had a very strong smell of smoke, a shower that did not work, dirty cabinets, and holes in the bathroom ceiling. The night staff told me he could not give me another room because I did not bring these concerns to him within 15 minutes of checking in. (I was still in the lobby at that time while other family members were checking in.) I did get a different room the next day, but this room had stains in the bathroom ceiling from water damage to the room above.

Grimy hotel, horrible service
When i arrived the hotel smelled musty and was dirty. No elevator and when i got to one of the rooms i booked a 2x4 or peice of wood was hanging from the wall where it looked like they tried to put the curtain back up. Room smelled too and doery on floor. I went to 2nd rolm also smelled, not xlean and looked like dead bug when i picked up matress to look as i alwahs do before staying anywhere. I immediately bookes a different hotel, went downstairs to say i wasnt staying and no ome ar desk. Mind you, i waited anout 10 mins when i first arrived as well. Person at desk looked like he didnt care like he should be on break or something. Needless to say no one at deak i tried calling 3 times still no answer. I disnt want to leave keys so anyone could take so when the other guests arrived from a 14 hr drice they brought them over id say hr and half later. Asked for refund as we clewrly didnt stay in rooms. They said i need to ask hotels.com. i know they have to contact property which they did and perspn had audacity to say it was after the 20 mins and wouldnt relaase refund. It was one of the worst grimy hotels ive seen and horrible service. I still havnt been refunded.
