to start off, the facility isn't open until 3pm so if you need any help before then, you're out of luck. we waited in the lobby until 3pm but ended up waiting about 10 minutes past for the worker to come out. the worker did not have a good attitude and didn't even bother telling us where to go to find our room. we got to our room, no shower amenities. the shower also had a very dirty floor and the shower head was moldy and leaking. things seemed neat but overall grimey. they need to invest in deep cleaning and new bed linens.

Our first time visiting here and we had a horrible experience the bathroom was dirty upon arrival, dirty towels, mini fridge was dirty, smelled like drugs as well as blood stains on the sheets. Had it for two nights but had to get another hotel, we didnt end up staying the two nights and had to pay extra for another place to stay at!

Didn’t even end up staying here. Waiting in the reception area for 40 mins for someone to check me in. The place looked dirty and everything that was advertised such as coffee, breakfast, etc was either broken or not being offered. Could hear what was probably an employee on the phone in a back office screaming and swearing the whole time I was waiting. Ended up calling Expedia to get a refund and after another 45 mins on the phone with them they finally offered a refund and I booked another hotel. Avoid this place.

It was convenient walk to Aartpark. Had a comfy bed. Reasonably priced. Short walk to breakfast at Syros. There was no hand soap and the shower had no water pressure. When I asked for more pillows, was told I could only have one. Room and hallway musty.
