"We absolutely loved our stay at the Americana Modern Hotel! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how well-maintained, clean, and spacious the rooms were. A huge shoutout to Mateo at the front desk, who was incredibly professional and helpful during our stay. The hotel offers fantastic perks, including plenty of parking and a lobby stocked with convenient snacks and water bottles. The AC worked flawlessly, keeping the room perfectly cool and quiet. Plus, the location couldn't be better—it's incredibly easy to find and just a short distance from the Sundial Bridge and Turtle Bay Exploration Center. We will definitely be back!"

"This was mine and my husband's first experience with renting a VRBO and we were so thoroughly impressed with how clean, organized, and efficiently stocked this cottage was! The hostess was quick to answer my phone call when I had a question and provided a quiet and comfortable area for us to enjoy on our anniversary!"

"The house was nicely laid out with plenty of room. The swimming pool was lovely. There were plenty of beach towels and bath robes. The kitchen had all the dishes, pots & pans, and most everything we needed. We didn't use the dishwasher, but many of the dishes in the cabinet were dirty, so perhaps the dishwasher is not working too well. The big outside table is damaged on one end. The front door locks automatically which caused us to be locked out while we were bringing our stuff into the house. A sign on the inside of the door warning about the locking door would be helpful. The biggest problem was that the host did not give us the code to get into the house until after 9 pm the night before of arrival. That was quite nerve-wracking."

"They have thought of everything one could possibly need, and are available if you think of something they didn't. They are wonderful, kind and very generous, helpful and understanding. I HIGHLY recommend staying with these lovely people. And I don't usually leave good reviews, I usually leave warnings, so if I'm leaving an excellent review, I'm serious about it :)I couldn't have designed a better stay if I had designed it myself. It is perfect, and I would happily stay here again any time :)Two very enthusiastic thumbs up 3It's so nice to finally find a place I love, instead of just feeling kind of okay about a place.
