This apartment is a 2 bed 1 bath unit that comes with ample off-street parking and is modernly furnished with all you need to relax and enjoy your stay in the wonderful Greenbrier Valley.

Entertainment Room is NOT INCLUDED with initial booking, you must let the host know if you would like to use the entertainment room. The entertainment room features a 116" TV (4 TV's combined), ping pong table, corn hole, dart board, poker table, and other lawn games!

Because not all guests want a game/event room, it has been made an addition to keep costs lower for you and your group.

Second stay still a good choice
This is our second stay at Ryan's place. Just like last time he had great communication. The house is clean and has plenty of things in the kitchen to make the stay easier. The neighborhood is quiet and things are easily accessible. Thanks for having us!

Perfect quiet retreat spot
Was visiting family in Fairlea, and this place was perfect! Ryan though of all the little details to make for a nice stay. Different coffees, well stocked kitchen with all the necessities, and he even had extra toiletries in case you forgot something! The house was very clean, the bedding, comfortable and the living room was just perfect! It's in a very nice, quiet neighborhood within walking distance to stores and restaurants. Will be booking my next stay there soon!

Good Stay
The place was a little hard to find. It’s hidden in a nice clean little trailer park. Neighborhood was quiet & peaceful considering how close you are to others. It was clean & suited us well for the one night we stayed there. The only negatives I would have to add were that the towels smelled very musty/mildewy but we brought our own towels so that was no big deal & the toilet had a sewage odor that we noticed as soon as we walked in. It wasn’t unbearable but it wasn’t pleasant. We just kept the bathroom door closed. Overall I’d stay there again for a night or two.

Great location to WV State Fairgrounds / Greenbrier
We came in town for a Pygmy Goat Convention at the WV State Fairgrounds and it was only 3 mins away. We also were only 15 mins from the Greenbrier as we took the Vault tour one day. Very clean, straightforward place. All the necessities were supplied and thought of. Easy check-in process and no endless checklist to checkout! Definitely recommend Ryan’s place to anyone coming into the area. Really enjoyed having a washer/dryer after being in the barn all day!

This location is a hidden little gem. The host was more than accommodating. The price was great. Its located within a 15 min drive to Greenbrier and a few minutes to historic Lewisburg. We would definitely rent it again.

Awesome home
We came up for the Healing Appalachia festival and it was our first time staying in Lewisburg. This home was within minutes of the festival. The home was very comfortable and had everything you needed. Can’t wait until the other section is complete. Would definitely rent this again if available.
