"Not really the hotel's fault but the elevator, hallway and our room reeked of pot. "

"This was definitely one of the cleanest hotels I’ve stayed in. The staff was super nice and the complimentary breakfast hit the spot early this morning. My overnight sleep was minimized by the loud people next door who were in and out at midnight. I do realize it’s a Saturday night and they have a really cool waterpark, but some people are just not considerate of others. Having dogs with us made it more difficult because with all the noise, they would bark and wake us up. Overall a great hotel that is convenient to the airport and I would stay there again. "

"Room smelled of smoke. Had to change rooms because smell so bad and the next room was just as bad. Woke up with headache from smoke smell and hair smelled. Bare room. Homeless people are put up there by city government so expect drama and lists of homeless hanging around and smoking. Looks good on hotel.com but very deceiving. Front desk staff was super nice and helpful. "

"Check in was quick & easy, the property is clean and well kept. The room was quite spacious and was a comfortable stay for our 1 night in town."

"The floors were cold. The heater, located at the window, could not blow air into the room if the curtains were closed."
