"With the language difference there was always someone who volunteered to assist in communication. The hotel facilities are great. The buffet lunch we enjoyed was great food and lots of variety. We enjoyed the executive level amenities as well. A nice addition to our stay. Highly recommend this hotel"

"We’ve had a fantastic stay at Selectum City Ataşehir so far. The service has been amazing from the moment we arrived. Everyone has been welcoming, professional, and very attentive. The room was spotless when we checked in, and housekeeping has kept everything incredibly clean throughout our stay. One thing we really appreciated was that the staff spoke great English, which made everything much easier for us. The Wi Fi has also been fast and reliable the entire time, which is a huge plus when traveling. If possible, definitely book a suite. Having two bathrooms was such an underrated luxury and made a big difference in comfort and convenience. The water pressure in the showers is excellent as well, which honestly made it feel even more relaxing after long days out in Istanbul. Overall, this hotel has exceeded our expectations in every way, and we would absolutely stay here again."

"Property looks nice but their staff and service is really bad not worth it to stay in that Hotel for their price rate i thought it was a luxury place but not. room service is bad , guest service is bad and to add i ordered to decorate the room for honeymoon a day before and one hour before check in they call me saying we don’t have time . "Decent Hilton related facility. One big inconvenience is the distance to IST and not providing a shuttle service. There is taxi service but it is expensive and if you use a credit card, there is a 10% surcharge. A new Hilton is being built near the airport, thus this inconvenience should be mitigated by staying at the Hilton."
