Internet was very slow. Five star hotel but we had to use cardboard cups for juice. Cutlery was dirty. We were told to wait when checking in but there was nobody else waiting and staff standing around. Would not stay there again.

Friendly staff … the hotel itself is quite nice and also quiet. However, you may encounter some noise from time to time as the hotel located next to the Main Street of Şişli… other than that every thing was satisfactory

Hotel has a great location. Room is tidy and clean. Only problem I faced that I received a phone calls from staff asking if everything okey and happy with the stay. It is a good thing to ask,but not every day and definitely not at midnight to wake me up from sleep.

We had a fantastic stay at Radisson Blu Sisli. Our room aas upgraded as I had VIP member status. They even accomadated a later checkout as our flight back home was in the evening. With a baby it just made things a lot easier!
