Sleeping up to four guests across two bedrooms with two bathrooms, it has been tastefully decorated and furnished throughout, with bright, spacious living accommodation that works beautifully for couples, small families or friends sharing. You’ll find a welcoming lounge and dining room for relaxed evenings in, a luxury fitted kitchen for easy self catering, and a newly installed cloakroom WC that adds extra day to day convenience. The sleeping arrangements are ideal for flexible stays, with one double and one twin, plus an additional workspace room that’s perfect if you need a quiet spot for emails, planning day trips, or simply getting away with a book. Outside, level gardens to the front and rear give you simple private space for morning coffee or winding down after a beach day, and a lockable shed is on hand for storing bikes and coastal kit. Parking is easy too, with private off street parking for one car, and Wi fi is included. Location wise, you’re perfectly placed for village life, just a short stroll from Elie High Street and its much loved local shops including Barnett’s Bakers, Elie Newsagents, Elie Deli and Davidson’s Pharmacy, and only around five minutes’ walk to Elie’s long sandy beach for sea swims, coastal walks and sunset strolls.
