  • Set just behind Earlsferry’s long sandy beach, this contemporary first-floor apartment gives you direct path and gate access onto the shore, plus a private parking space and secure outhouse storage for bikes and golf clubs. You’re a short stroll from the award-winning Ship Inn overlooking the harbour, the village deli for fresh morning croissants, bakers, newsagent, gift shops and a choice of coffee shops and cafés – everything you need for an easy coastal break on foot. St Andrews, the historic Home of Golf, is around 20 minutes’ drive away, putting world-famous courses and a buzzing town centre within simple reach.

    Inside, bright, fresh décor and open-plan living make the space feel relaxed and welcoming. You enter via wrought-iron outside stairs, with your parking space just below between the garages marked 11. The main living/dining/kitchen area has two comfy sofas and a wall-mounted TV with Freeview and DVD player, alongside a modern fitted kitchen with all the usual mod cons and a breakfast bar with four stools – perfect for quick breakfasts before the beach or simple suppers after a day out.

    There are two flexible bedrooms: Bedroom 1 can be set up as a super-king (two singles with an over-mattress) or made into twin beds on request, while Bedroom 2 is a good-sized twin with plenty of storage. A modern, fully tiled shower room with enclosure, WC, wash hand basin and heated towel rail completes the layout. Outside, a private gate gives direct access to the beach path, and the outhouse offers secure storage for bikes and golf kit. A small, well-behaved dog may be considered, and Wi-Fi is included to keep everyone connected. Please note that although the apartment sits very close to the beach, it does not have sea views.
