  • Set on the first floor of a traditional Category C-listed building on Elie High Street (formerly the Queen’s Hotel), this bright, spacious apartment puts you right at the heart of village life. With local shops on your doorstep, the Toll Green and sea views from the front, and the long sandy beach and famous Ship Inn just a few minutes’ walk away, it’s a fantastic base for laid-back coastal breaks in the East Neuk. Security entry and Wi-Fi add to the easy, fuss-free feel.

    Inside, a welcoming reception hall leads through to a generous lounge/dining room, where a bay window frames an open outlook across Elie Toll Green towards the sea. Comfortable sofas, a footstool, coffee and side tables, floor lamps and a Smart TV make this a relaxed space to unwind after a day on the sand or exploring the coastal path, while the dining table seats six for simple suppers and slow breakfasts. Spacious and Great bay window

We absolutely loved our stay at 31C High Street. We will definitely be back again. The flat was clean, spacious and exactly what we needed for our small family. The TV was not working properly. Not sure if it was because the remote was out of battery. Event thought we don’t watch the Tv my whole on holiday, it’s a nice option when the weather is bad and I. The evening.
