"SNCF really screwed our stay with noise at night especially night before Paris Marathon by running a jackhammer all night. Shower stalls are inadequately enclosed and making whole bathroom floor wet. Sink frequently reeks of sewage. No air conditioning in the room, it’s too hot for two people and we could not open windows at night because of the noise outside."

"Very nice boutique hotel right next to Louise Mitchell underground train station. Plenty of cafes, supermarkets and restaurants and a 10 minute walk to bigger stores and a lovely park. The reception staff were very helpful and obliging. My only concern was the air-con, wasn’t great in my room so on really warm days might be uncomfortable.Definitely would stay again."

They guaranteed that it would be fixed by the time I was back, then when I returned I was literally told that they’re not going to do anything about it nor change my room.
