The room was as advertised and expected, however, we were not informed of the large construction site next door prior to our stay. It would have been nice to be informed or located to a room that’s window didn’t face the construction. Early each morning we woke to loud construction right outside our window and this was a disappointing factor to our stay. However, the staff member in the desk the day we arrived was very welcoming, which was nice after a late flight.

Hôtel Espace Champerret was just right for our family for visiting Paris! It is steps from the metro, the price was great, and the breakfast was perfect. Staff was friendly, kind and helpful. The rooms were clean.

The staff were great and really helpful. The location is ideal being just by the metro. You could hear the subway running because of the close proximity but not loud enough to affect/disturb sleep. Thanks for a great experience!!

Hotel was clean, well organised room was reasonably spacious, we had an upstairs bit for the kids which due freak us out abit because we didn't want them to come looking for us in the night and fall. I wonder about maybe switching the double and two singles. Breakfast was lovely, continental style. Nothing warm/cooked, Kitchen staff wasn't very polite. Wanted to leave the key when we went out, for safety, this made us feel uncomfortable.

Very nice boutique hotel right next to Louise Mitchell underground train station. Plenty of cafes, supermarkets and restaurants and a 10 minute walk to bigger stores and a lovely park. The reception staff were very helpful and obliging. My only concern was the air-con, wasn’t great in my room so on really warm days might be uncomfortable.Definitely would stay again.

Love that it’s super close to the train station, neighborhood groceries, pharamacy, dining, & convenience stores. They serve bread, cereal, yogurt, cheese & ham for breakfast. Room is small but cute, with loft. Bathroom is a little smelly, not sure where the odor is coming from.

Metro station very close,thats good. Receptionist Gael was very nice and helpful. The room was little and old, but comfortable. Others places in the hotel were very nice and beautiful. Breakfast was basic french, but delicious. Kebab restaurant and Chinese restaurant next to hotel were good. And very good food. Food market ( 3 ) very close hotel. Pharmacy on front of hotel. Über very useful and cheap if you don't know how to use metro or you are just tired to use it😛

The hotel is located in a nice area with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby and a metro station just a few doors away. The hotel itself is nice, but very compact. We were in a family room, which was just too small for us. My husband is over 6 foot and could not fit in the shower and we struggled to move around as it was very cramped. Had it just been two of us, it may have been easier - thankfully having the mezzanine area gave a welcome bit of extra space.

The area was fantastic with plenty of cafes, restaurants and bars nearby. Cost of the hotel was relatively cheap compared to other options in the area, therefore, we were expecting a basic experience. Overall the hotel was pretty tired, breakfast was limited (no hot options) but nice; however it was not replenished quickly enough during busy periods. The room was small, functional but, again, in need of updating. We were on the ground floor, therefore the sounds of doors closing, people walking around rooms above, toilets flushing and the metro (which passes close under the hotel) could be regularly heard at night. There was a nice courtyard to sit in when the sun was out and the team were friendly and polite. All in all, for the price, it was not a massive surprise but still a little disappointing
