"Excellent hotel and really good value for what you get. Rooms were a good size and had lots of amenities. So that was the good. Now for areas of improvement. Instant coffee is fine for lesser hotels, but not for this caliber of hotel. It’s a given that drinks at a hotel bar are more expensive, but they were still pricey even by nice hotel standards. Obviously not a lot of serious concerns and the issues we did have had easy workarounds. Definitely would recommend staying here!"

"Lovely quirky place, and very convenient for our stay. Clean and tidy. The only problem we had was that the fridge (described as a mini bar, which it wasn’t at all!) didn’t work and we were unable to keep any drinks or food in our room cool. As we were only there for two nights, we didn’t complain, and it wasn’t a major issue. "This hotel was perfect for our short stay in Brussels. It was clean, staff was friendly and spoke English. The room itself was on the smaller side but that’s to be expected in Europe I think! It was a really great location and easy to walk everywhere. We walked from the train station with our suitcases too and it was easy! The area was pretty noisy though. Lots of construction and people out in the street late at night if that kind of thing bothers you! "

"Kind of run down. Door to the hotel is broken so you have to enter through the hotel next door. The lock on the door to my room was broken and it was a huge dramatic issue to get my room switched partially due to language barrier but mostly due to being gaslighted about the lock being broken even after being walked in on while taking a bath. The area has a lot of construction, and a lot of houseless folks sleeping in the street and some aggressive panhandlers. At the grocery store you have to...

"Great hotel very clean and comfortable. Given free upgrade to suite without even asking . Reception staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast restaurant very clean and friendly staff and good food. Dining restaurant was good food but let down a bit by lack of atmosphere as we were only ones in it the first night - restaurant staff friendly but not in view a lot of time to ask for things having to wait at bar etc Overall very nice hotel "
