SUBLIME CEDAR LODGE
Sublime Cedar Lodge is a warm and welcoming timber and glass mountain retreat set among native gardens in Leura. Designed to host families and respectful groups, the home spans three levels and is bathed in natural light, with leafy views from most windows. It features five bedrooms and two renovated bathrooms, comfortably sleeping up to 13 guests (with a maximum of 10 adults).
The main living area is a combined lounge and dining space with high vaulted timber ceilings, leather sofas, and a large Smart TV with access to Netflix and digital streaming apps. A combustion wood fireplace, reverse cycle air-conditioning, and panel heaters ensure comfort year-round.
Adjoining the lounge is a sun-drenched atrium-style sunroom that flows into a fully equipped modern kitchen, complete with two breakfast bars, a family-sized fridge, dishwasher, stovetop, two ovens, microwave, and a Nespresso-compatible pod machine. This open layout encourages shared meals and relaxed conversation, ideal for reconnecting with loved ones.
Sleeping arrangements include a ground-floor queen bedroom with level access and an adjacent bathroom, making it wheelchair-friendly. Upstairs are three additional queen bedrooms and a second bathroom with a shower over spa bath. The spacious lower-ground floor retreat features a queen bed and three single beds, along with its own 50" TV with digital apps and a DVD player (no TV reception), making it the perfect hideaway for teens or children to enjoy their own space.
The large private deck overlooks a peaceful native garden and offers a sunny outdoor space to relax, complete with a gas BBQ and outdoor setting—perfect for breakfast among the birdsong or alfresco dining under the stars. Wander through the garden paths and discover a quiet spot for tranquil moments of connection with nature. The home is located in a quiet residential area with neighbours on either side, so it is best suited to low-impact, respectful groups only. Parking is available for up to four vehicles—two in the driveway and two directly on the street in front of the house.
Sublime Cedar Lodge is ideally positioned just 2 km from the heart of Leura village, home to around 50 cafes and restaurants. Within a 1 km radius, you’ll find Leura Golf Club, the Fairmont Resort, and the breathtaking Sublime Point Lookout. The lodge also sits at the midpoint of the Grand Cliff Top Walk—a spectacular two-day, 19-kilometre trail linking Wentworth Falls, Leura, and Katoomba. Guests can immerse themselves in stunning escarpment views, waterfalls, Aboriginal heritage sites, and lush rainforest gullies—all just steps from the front door. Panoramic views of the Jamison Valley and the iconic Three Sisters are only 200 metres away.

ACCESSIBILITY & LAYOUT
• GROUND FLOOR: Level entry via ramp, bathroom 1 with roll-in shower, toilet & laundry room, kitchen with 2 breakfast bars, sunroom, open-plan dining and lounge room, bedroom 1, and back deck—this level is wheelchair accessible only!
• FIRST FLOOR: Bedrooms 2 + 3 + 4, bathroom 2 with shower over spa bath, balcony.
• LOWER GROUND FLOOR: Bedroom 5, and garden.
TELEVISION SIGNAL
• Please note that poor weather conditions may affect live free-to-air channels.
• We cannot guarantee a consistent television signal.
• On-demand channels and streaming apps are available through the Smart TV using your account.
FIREWOOD SEASON
• 1st May - 30th September
• During firewood season, a starter pack of firewood, kindling, firelighters, and matches is provided for your first night.
• More firewood and supplies can be purchased locally from petrol stations.
FEES
• The base tariff includes 6 people, and extra guests are charged an extra fee per person, per night.
• Electric car charging is $20 per use, payable separately after booking.
ELECTRIC CAR CHARGING FEE
• Please advise if you intend to use the house electricity for charging your electric car.
• There is a fee of $20 per charge, which is charged separately.
• Kindly inform us of the number of times you plan to charge your car during your stay.
• There is no dedicated EV port at the property.
• Guests will need to bring an extension lead and EV-compatible charging cable to connect to the property’s electricity supply.

9PM OUTDOOR NOISE RESTRICTION CURFEW
• For the comfort of our neighbours, please adhere to a noise curfew from 9pm to 8am in all outdoor areas.

IN-HOUSE GUESTS ONLY
• This property is exclusively for registered guests.
• It cannot be used for gatherings or events, and no additional visitors are allowed without permission.
NO PARTY OR NOISE DISRUPTION POLICY
• We enforce a strict no-party and no-noise disruption policy.
• As this is a quiet residential area, any breach will result in immediate eviction without a refund.
PAYMENT POLICY
• Deposit: A minimum 50% deposit is required to confirm bookings made more than 30 days before the arrival date.
• Balance & Security Bond: The remaining balance and the refundable security bond must be paid 30 days before the arrival date.
• Full Payment: For bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date, full payment and the refundable security bond are required at the time of booking.
• Transaction Fee: A non-refundable 2.9% Stripe transaction fee applies to all payments including the bond.
• Statement: Payments will appear as ACCOMMODATE BLUE MOUNT on your bank statement.
• Agreement: By making payments, you agree to our terms and conditions.
• Bond Refund: Bond refunds are processed 7 business days after check-out and may take 5-10 days to appear in your bank account.
CANCELLATION POLICY
• Standard Cancellations: Cancellations made within 30 days before arrival are non-refundable. Cancellations made 31 days or more before arrival incur a non-refundable AU$5.00 channel manager fee.
• Date Transfers: Changes to booking dates are not permitted within 30 days of the arrival date.
• Event Cancellations: Accommodated is not responsible for cancellations of events, functions, or activities. Such cancellations will be governed by our standard cancellation policy.
• COVID-19 Lockdown: If travel is prohibited due to a COVID-19 lockdown, bookings can be transferred up to one year in advance with one free date change.
