"It was in a decent location and was clean. However it did smell of something and the smell was difficult to shake… even with the windows and doors left open. There were lots of little things missing: no dish towels to dry dishes, no effective plug in sink to do dishes, no bread knife to cut bread, no iron or ironing board, no where to hang washing. "Absolutely lovely hotel..very relaxed and friendly and really clean and comfortable. The bed was great..the bathroom spotless. The food was lovely also. Great breakfast and lovely restaurant which serves fresh sea food...being in killybegs. The best thing for us was that was the hotel is pet friendly. There was no drama whatsoever about bringing your dog..none of this.'pet friendly rooms" business. We got a lovely room. That cool ..relaxed attitide.. is ...along with the above reasons, why i will most certainly be back. Thank you"

"The room was spotless and spacious. The only drawback was, it was at the front and the traffic could be heard passing through the night. The staff were very pleasant and welcoming. Breakfast was excellant and set you up for the day ahead. We only used the bar on our first night for an evening meal. The food was very good and the Guinness hit the spot. All in all a very good hotel and would stay here again."
