"The shuttle to and from the airport went perfect. Staff very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good too. Included made omelets, which were plain or with cheese, and quite good. Sausages and potatoes. Fruit, cereal, porridge, pancakes, waffles, and coffee. Very nice. I hope to remember to use this plade in the future"

"The heat in my room was at 26 the whole time and could not be turned down. I advised the staff and they came to the room 3 times and couldnt fix it. I booked the room with the hot tub. They helpdesk agent informed me that the manager would come and check my room and probably change me rooms. At midnight my room was so uncomfortable and hot it woke me up and I had to go dowstairs to complain againg. They finally change me room and I had to move everything into another room in the middle of the night. I got a standard room with no hot tub like I paid for. Very dissapointed. The next morning the same staff member was at the lobby. I advised him I was never helped like he had promised me the night before. He apologized and said his shift was over and the next person never followed up on my problem."

"I've stayed in literally thousands of nights in hotels - hundreds in Hilton brands. This was by far the most disappointing stay of all. I'm not a terribly picky traveller, but when my family and stayed at this hotel while in town for a funeral, It landed at the top of my very short 'never go again' list. The only redeeming factor was the young man who checked my wife and I in - pleasant, fast and tremendously helpful in explaining how the app worked. We were there for two nights. The eggs, bacon and sausage in the buffet breakfasts were cold. The "lemon-lime water" which sounded like a refreshing sugar-free option was just sweet lemonade. The water in the pool was cold. Not cool - but cold. When we came back from the celebration of life after the first night, we were surprised the room hadn't been serviced. When I called the front desk about hit, the man who answered just replied with "well, did you ask to have it serviced?" That stunned me, then he followed with, "It's Sunday and housekeeping has gone home anyway, so we can't do it until tomorrow..." I wasn't happy. I hadn't made a huge fuss about things, although I was clear that I was disappointed. The next day, the man who had checked me in originally, made a point to apologize for the room service, but by then it was too late. I hope this isn't Hilton's new standard of service. "
