Ground floor: 1 double bedroom 1 bedroom with trundle bed (2 single beds) 1 double bed bedroom and 1 shower room

First floor: 1 large bright double bedroom.

Renovated bathroom with bathtub and sink.

Functional and open kitchen, fully equipped (oven, hob, refrigerator, Delonghi ground coffee maker, kettle, etc.).

Living room with piano, bookcase, vintage furniture, vintage and warm atmosphere.



Exterior:

Large tree-lined garden, garden furniture.

Table tennis table, basketball hoop, barbecue.

Parking available in front of the house.



Location: quiet neighbourhood, close to beaches, cycle paths and shops.

Arrival: from 4pm (not before)

Departure: by 10am at the latest (not after)



Late Arrivals

A late arrival service after 9pm is available for an additional charge. Please arrange the details directly with the concierge.



Accommodation prepared for your arrival

End of stay cleaning, bed linen and towels included.



Checkout Instructions Mandatory

Please:

Wash and put away the dishes

Empty the refrigerator

Take the bins out to the designated locations

Gather used laundry in the entrance

In case of non-compliance or if deep cleaning is required, an additional charge will be applied. (AirCover or security deposit)
