"Our second time here and we had another great stay. The location is perfect with the beach and local shops (and a brilliant Hyper U!) nearby (all walkable!). Our dog was very secure in the garden surrounding the house and the welcome from the housekeeper was as warm and friendly as ever. No complaints again!"

"Great location. Has just about everything you need. Was not clean upon arrival. Full of spiderwebs and spiders (vacuumed up 25 -- multiple over the upstairs beds where the kids were sleeping). Seemed to have been sitting unused for a very long time. We cleaned it up ourselves upon arrival. After it was clean and ready for guests, it worked out great. "

A part un petit souci pour joindre le propriétaire/le service de conciergerie à l’arrivée, tout s’est très bien passé et nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir. Attention les draps ne sont pas fournis, nous avons eu du mal à trouver cette information."

"Fabulous property in a gorgeous village, then minutes inland from the sea. The house is well equipped and beautifully decorated with three large bedrooms. My daughter loved the table football. Opposite a great butchers and almost next door to a lovely boulangerie and the local bar. Gorgeous French restaurant just past the stone church. And la terriere beach is a strip of golden sand fronting the Atlantic. Lovely relaxing holiday."

"Das Haus war sehr schmutzig. Nach den vielen Spinnennetzen zu urteilen, kann das Haus lange nicht gereinigt worden sein. Die Einrichtung ist schlecht und bei dem Preis nicht zu akzeptieren. Ein Schlafzimmer ist unzumutbar. Das gesamte Terrain ist schmutzig und ungepflegt. Die Terasse auf der Rückseite ist eine Katastrophe. Gatenmöbel primitiv, Liegen ohne Auflage, kaputte Sonnenschirme. Kein Licht auf der Terrasse. Bei diesem Haus stimmt nur Lage. Mieten nicht zu empfehlen."

"When we arrived we were greeted by a happy, smiling member of staff who promptly checked us in and then proceeded to inform us about the hotel's various facilities and where to go in Les Sables d'Olonne. The hotel itself was only about a year old at the time of our visit and was well maintained. We have nothing negative to say about The Hotel Vertime!"
